Congratulations to Anderson Lane’s developer, Kolabb, whose Euca townhouse development in Modbury has won the Boutique Development Award at the 2026 UDIA SA Awards for Excellence.

Like Anderson Lane, Euca is a thoughtfully designed residential community that brings together quality architecture, sustainable design and welcoming public spaces.

With 25 architecturally designed townhomes, Euca reflects the same commitment to quality construction, considered design and connected communities that underpins Anderson Lane.

A special thank you to Renewal SA for sponsoring this award, and congratulations to all the winners and finalists.
