Kolabb is introducing a new Key Worker Housing Rebate at Anderson Lane at Southwark Grounds, helping essential workers secure home ownership within one of Adelaide’s most anticipated urban renewal communities.

The initiative will provide eligible key workers with a $10,000 rebate on the purchase of a home, supporting those who play a vital role in keeping South Australian communities functioning and thriving.

The rebate will be available on a limited number of dwellings and is designed to assist eligible owner-occupiers working in frontline and essential service industries.

Eligible key workers may include those employed in:

• Healthcare and allied health
• Education
• Emergency services
• Aged care
• Disability care
• Childcare and early learning

To qualify, purchasers must meet the following criteria:

• Be employed in an eligible key worker profession
• Have a gross household income of no more than $120,000 per annum for singles or $180,000 per annum for couples
• Intend to owner-occupy the home for a minimum period of 12 months

The rebate will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis through an Expression of Interest process and will be available on a limited number of homes within the development.

Located within Renewal SA’s Southwark Grounds precinct, Anderson Lane will comprise 26 architecturally designed townhomes by Studio Nine Architects, offering a mix of one, two, three and four-bedroom homes in a connected inner-city neighbourhood.
