Planning Approval has now been secured for Anderson Lane, paving the way for the July 2026 launch of Kolabb’s latest collection of townhomes.

Located within Renewal SA’s Southwark Grounds masterplanned community, Anderson Lane comprises 26 architecturally designed one, two, three and four-bedroom townhomes.

The development brings together tree-lined laneways, a central pocket park, rooftop terraces and homes that balance urban convenience with suburban calm. The carefully considered site layout responds to the unique orientation of the land, with north-facing homes overlooking landscaped, vehicle-free public spaces, while others enjoy views across Colonel Light Plaza and Cawthorne Street.

Just moments from local cafés, world-class entertainment venues, the River Torrens and city-bound trams, and zoned for Adelaide Botanic High School, each home has been crafted for contemporary living. Premium finishes, energy-efficient design, natural ventilation and flexible floorplans combine to prioritise comfort, sustainability and long-term liveability.
